It feels good to be back in Maya
I haven't been working in Maya for the last few months. Other work has kept me busy. But I finally had a project I needed to get working on so here is the first part. Paul Gerla, Kieth Beavers, and I are doing a model of Herod's temple for a New Testament class. Paul did the modeling and Kieth and I are doing uv's and maps. Here is one small part of the overall work. We are deploying the project in Unity so that we can get familiar with it. These textures are composite photos and some paint overs.

From the book to you
I hate finals, I am way to busy to be doing some nominal thing like finals. so I take a break to bring you a little segment I call "from the book to you." Drawings from my sketchbook right to my blog. they get no pass through photoshop, nada, just scan and post.

some stuff
I did a bunch of these for a client in GA. I had to bust these out fast, but it was a fun project. Took me about 3ish or 4 days of solid all day work to get these done.
